Technology Projects Administrator - Remote/hybrid working.
This leading accountants and advisors have an excellent market reputation combined with an extremely friendly and team oriented working environment. They are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a Technology Project Engineer role or experience in delivery of projects either by self or as part of Project delivery team to join their London technology team. The role will include both project delivery and service transition.
Technology Project Delivery (70%)
Provide a project orientated technology resource for delivery of Technology projects
Ensure all project tracking documentation is up to date, including project plans, rollout schedules, key dates and milestones, RAID documentation updates
Appreciate the project delivery team’s schedules and support where appropriate in ensuring delivery of projects against agreed goals and KPI’s
Creation and reviewing of appropriate documentation during project delivery and in preparation for service transition
Produce appropriate change requests for project work
Technically aware of many areas of Technology and desire to learn and improve understanding
Look for integration opportunities at all times of project planning
Continually look for and suggest areas of improvements across the company’s Technology stack
Security and privacy conscious where delivering new technologies or projects
Service Transition (30%)
Work with support team to ensure documentation is suitable to handover to Business As Usual operations
Provide support during snagging periods of project delivery
Agree on structure of handover to support team for projects
Create appropriate system changes for new technologies
Deliver training of new technologies to business, stakeholders and Technology support team
