Job description

As a Trade Marketing and Digital Expert, you will be responsible for :

• analyzing market research reports, panels, and competitor data to identify growth drivers.
• You will share your analysis and recommendations with the Country Manager and Central Marketing to grow the business.
• You will propose and implement a local marketing action plan, including trade shows and retailer marketing, to support the country strategy and grow the brand within the local market.
• All plans must be aligned with the country strategy, central guidelines, and the brand DNA to ensure business growth.
• You will also adapt this local plan by channel and support the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver local communication campaigns in line with the country marketing plan and company strategy.

Profile

• To be successful in this role, you should have a business degree specializing in marketing and digital communication.
• You should have good knowledge of Microsoft office and project management.
• Additionally, you should be a proactive, energetic individual with natural communication skills, adaptability, and commercial awareness. You should be equipped with business acumen and able to easily relate and work with salespeople.
