Trainee Accountant Job at Grafton Banks Finance Recruitment
Grafton Banks Finance are recruiting a Trainee Accountant for a modern accountancy practice with offices based in Tonbridge. Our client is looking for an active AAT studier (level 2 or 3) to join them on a permanent basis; this role will be working closely with the accounts team with a range of client accounting duties, including:
- Providing assistance to the tax department with Personal Tax and Corporation Tax work
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
Essential experience/skills:
- AAT studier with desire to study ACCA/ACA
- Ideally experience working within an accountancy practice
- Ability to commute to offices when required.
- Working knowledge of accountancy systems such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
