The Role - Trainee Sales & Service Executives

• Salary: £10.90 per hour
• Location: Widnes
• Contract type: Permanent
• Hours – 40hrs, Full Time 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required

This requires you to have a valid UK driving license and held for more than 1 year due to the nature of the role
Our Trainee Sales & Service Executives are key to our business growth and building our talent pool of future Sales Executives. The Program

• The program will run for typically six to nine months
• You will get a dedicated Coach from the sales management team
• There will be ongoing peer to peer support
• A week-by-week comprehensive development programme
• The opportunity to regularly shadow experienced and established Sales Executives
• Weekly meetings with your Coach
• The opportunity to experience each department onsite, share your ideas and apply your training
• Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will move to a Sales Executive position
• Above everything else, you`ll live the Motorpoint values of Proud, Honest, Supportive and Happy, You’ll also be ready for some serious fun!

Due to the nature of the role, we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year.
