Job description
The University of Chichester Academy Trust, is an innovative Trust, comprising 15 academies across Hampshire and West Sussex, with a shared approach to delivery, annual turnover of £30M+ and a growth plan to c25-30. The central office is located in beautiful, tranquil grounds near Bognor Regis, with excellent rail and bus links. There are also good road links, with Portsmouth and Worthing being only a 30–40 minute drive.
Providing high-level strategic support, the Higher Executive Officer (HEO) will support the Executive team and contribute to the Trust’s success in meeting its Strategic Plan and milestones. The HEO will be people and solutions focused, enjoying a challenging, fast-paced, varied, rewarding, stimulating and demanding role; where the post holder can make a real difference and a strong impact to the lives of the children and young people across our academies and their communities.
