VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER (Level 1)
Location: Primark Cambridge
Salary: £33,945 (31 days annual leave including bank holidays and pension)
Contract: Full time (5 out of 7), permanent

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will demonstrate a deep understand of visual merchandising and latest brand thinking, while collaborating with store management to deliver an outstanding visual proposition through windows and in-store.
You will be the creative ambassador for visual merchandising within the store and wider business. You will coach, lead and manage a high performing visual merchandising team to provide a great shopping experience and store environment. You will coach and consult with colleagues to deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand to enhance the customer experience and to maximise sales.
You’ll have a creative background with previous visual merchandising, management experience and able to demonstrate the importance of working collaboratively and influencing at all levels. Your eye for detail, fashion trends and creativity will be exceptional.
