Here at GXO we are looking to recruit for a full time, permanent Warehouse Function Operative to join our EE/BT team based in Milton Keynes (MK10). You will be required to work 40 hours per week with a Monday to Friday shift pattern from 08:00 - 16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Monitor staff performance and accuracy
• Deliver shift briefs
• Completing customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote and contribute towards continuous improvement projects.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and complete all assigned computer-based tasks as required
• Conduct return to work interviews and performance reviews.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• 
  Prior experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
• Good levels of communication, both written and verbal English
• To be able to work cohesively and well with others
