We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader, on a permanent contract. As our Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll focus on ensuring stock is correctly distributed and controlled, both in and out of the Warehouse. Building strong working relationships will be key, as liaising with various departments, such as Security, Control and Retail, will be a pivotal part of your role. You’ll also be someone who continually looks for new ways to improve efficiencies within the department.
As our Warehouse Team Leader you’ll report into and be supported by our Warehouse and Logistics Manager; you’ll be responsible for training and developing our small and efficient Warehouse team. People are often surprised to hear how busy we are during the 4-month closed period at Thorpe Park; we’re confident when we say no two days are ever the same here!
We are looking for the following skills and experience;

Previous experience of working in a Warehouse and or logistics environment

Full driving license

Computer literate with the ability to learn new software

Ability to communicate at all levels

Experience working in a similar customer focused environment

This role is Full-Time, Fixed Term contract, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
