The Role
We are currently recruiting for full time and part time Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism within the Watford area.
A key part of the support workers role is to understand the person you are supporting, which will include providing practical and emotional support. As a support worker you will be supporting people to live a very fulfilling and independent life, with lots of fun elements in between e.g. Bowling, Cinema, Holidays and even a good old boogie at the company parties.

Experience of support work isn’t essential as full training and induction will be given.
