As a Young Person's Resilience Worker, in Change Grow Live, you’ll work with some incredible under 25 year olds to empower them to set goals and make safer lifestyle choices.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our exciting and highly successful West Sussex Under 25s Drug & Alcohol Service, part of the wider CGL Young Persons & Families Service.
You will be delivering harm reduction, assessment and treatment interventions, including facilitating access to substitute prescribing, to young people up to the age of 25yrs, on an outreach basis.
You will have the skills to work effectively with young people who use substances and an ability to work confidently with other agencies and professionals.
Team members are based in hubs across the county and need to be able to travel countywide so use of a car is essential.
If you don't have experience in this sector, don't worry, we have a comprehensive induction and training package available.
