About the role
We are looking for a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Team Manager who will be working at both of our Zoom sites in Leyton and Canning Town in London. You would be responsible for managing the site operations in an efficient and professional manner ensuring all targets are met without loss in performance to the business within the site management structure. As a Zoom Team Manager you will lead the daily running of site operations with responsibilities relating to all aspects of site safety, colleague performance, quality of service, delivering operational targets within the agreed budget. You will report to the Operations Manager and may be required to deputise in their absence.
The successful candidate will be required to work both day and night shift (night shift premium will be applied to any night shifts worked) 48 hours per week, any 4 in 7 weekly working pattern
About you

You will also ensure KPIs are a vital focus across your site, including labour turnover, absence rates and engagement scores. You will continuously encourage self-improvement, training and development of your teams to support succession planning and aim to drive and develop initiatives that encourage site-wide engagement and enhance morale.
Experience in conducting formal meetings, understanding and applying the relevant policies appropriately is desired and you will also liaise with Resource Planning Department to ensure there are sufficient and correct employee resources at all times, as well as being proactive with recruitment so that future employee needs are meet.
