7 hours per week, usually worked on one day a week (day to be confirmed with successful applicant), but alternative patterns can be discussed.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, but in-person attendance at the beginning will be useful for training and meeting the team.
Summary of the role
The primary role of this post is to provide office-based clerical and administrative support to the Academics and Researchers within the Exeter Climate Systems Research Group. A proactive, flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential.
This is a varied, interesting and challenging role for which we need someone with excellent IT and organisation skills. Attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard in both written and oral communications are all essential requirements for the role.
You will work closely with the Research Administrator in the Exeter Climate Systems Research Group and will be part of the Faculty Operations team in Education and Academic Services Division (EAS)
