Associate Job at Ashfords LLP
What you'll do
We are looking to recruit an ambitious and capable Associate (3 - 4 years PQE) to join our leading Trusts & Estates team, which advises landed estates, high net worth individuals, business owners, land owners and farmers across the South West and further afield. Based in our Exeter office, you will be joining an established team undertaking high quality and varied work which will include Estate planning and administration, Will and Trust drafting, advising on elderly client matters and providing support to our Contentious Trusts and Estates team.
Who you are
An excellent communicator with proven organisation skills, you will be accustomed to working with a full caseload, and meeting challenging deadlines. You will work independently and will also provide support to more senior colleagues. With a keen eye for detail, you are meticulous in your work, whilst demonstrating the ability to build good relationships with clients, showing a genuine commitment to their care. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic and will seek to continue to develop yourself. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified, or working towards STEP qualification.

We also recognise that each of our career journeys is unique. So, we will be ambitious for you and give you the support you need to develop your career, your way.
Importantly, we will give you the space and flexibility for your life outside work too.
Our goal? To help you realise your full potential as part of a forward-thinking team and business.
That's what sets us apart.
