Band 6 Service Lead - Insulin Team Job at CSH Surrey

As the Service Lead you will lead the team, motivate staff, problem solve, implement change, be a role model demonstrating the behaviours expected from all the staff with regard to displaying excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism, upholding the organisation’s standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse wanting development on the leadership pathway towards becoming a more senior manager. There will be 2 day HR management training provided and an opportunity to complete an Institute of Management and Leadership Qualification. You'll also be able to access coaching from one of our trained coaches at CSH Surrey.
You will delegate work to a team of Healthcare Assistants who administer insulin to our people in the community. You will also administer people’s daily or twice daily insulin injections, occasionally where required.
This role is full or part time, hours negotiable between 8:00 - 20:00 over a 7-day service
This role will require working across Woking, Walton and Staines localities, with choice of base location
