Location:
This role can be done remotely in the UK or Ireland. You must be authorized to work in one of these locations (without company sponsorship) to be considered for this role.
What you’ll be doing:
The Bilingual SDR role will manage the early stages of the inbound and outbound sales process, helping prospects align to the appropriate resources, reporting, and scheduling for JumpCloud’s Sales organization. This will be accomplished by engaging with prospects over the phone and with written communication using email, chat, and calendar tools. You will qualify the prospect's needs and professionally articulate JumpCloud’s value proposition. Sources include marketing programs, seminars/events, website downloads and inbound contacts from the web, phone and email as well as navigating through large complex accounts, identifying and engaging with the right technology decision makers.
Identifying ideal prospects, by conducting research and mastering JumpCloud’s business and technical value proposition.- Communicating, both through verbal and written mediums, the JumpCloud product and its competitive position among other players in the space.
- Driving outbound pipeline through email engagement.
- Joining forces with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop successful email campaigns and implement creative messaging techniques.
- Collaborating with the outbound sales team to establish a scalable and consistent process.
- Working alongside sales representatives to move leads through the sales funnel, continually improving our process and honing your own skillset.
- Developing relationships with engaged leads and prioritizing consistent follow up.
- Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative.
We’re looking for:
- At least 1 year in a sales related role, this could be retail, phones, we're open.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior SaaS product experience would be helpful in getting up to speed but not necessary.
- Flexible, reliable, results-oriented and self-motivated to advance your sales career.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- High aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
