Silicon Fen Resourcing has a new opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst for an enterprise-scale, UK organisation that offers:
  • an exciting mix of technology projects focused on business and digital transformation.
  • a Microsoft environment working with leading cloud products including MS Dynamics 365 CE, Fin Ops, Field Services, and Marketing.

This is a hybrid role, primarily remote with weekly travel to their central London office. They have a constant pipeline of interesting project work and this a great opportunity for someone to showcase their BA skill set, demonstrating best practices and helping the team progress.

As a Business Analyst, you will help develop business cases, define and document requirements/user stories, map processes, engage stakeholders and support testing and training activities. Projects vary from small changes to substantial transformation programmes. You will be working on projects with a broad range of stakeholders and multiple third-party relationships.

This role would ideally suit a Business Analyst with experience of:
  • engaging stakeholders to agree on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • working within an enterprise-scale organisation.
  • facilitating stakeholder meetings.
  • working independently, sharing knowledge, and influencing decision-making.
