We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Out Of Home team. This role covers Liverpool, Northwales, Southport, some of the postcodes are PR, L, LL.
The purpose of this role is that you will act as a direct point of contact for our customer base in the licensed, hospitality and leisure industry within the territory; ensuring that existing customer needs are met and viable new business opportunities are created. This role is vital in its customer facing position, working with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure sales and territory growth across our Post Mix, Frozen and Coffee ranges
About the job:
- Identify, target and develop new business opportunities within your allocated territory
- Liaise with customer decision makers and act as key point of contact
- Communicate promotions and key product features to clients
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to ensure sales growth
- Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of promotional campaigns
- Establish professional and value-adding relationships with internal stakeholders and departments
- Support innovation and encourage new ways of doing things to develop new business
- Set clear aims and objectives to help develop yourself and the business
- Ensure new business is viable and monitor existing accounts with a focus on business Brand Contribution
- Resolve customer issues or escalate issues to the appropriate department/Regional Manager as needed
- Visit existing customers to ensure our POS and merchandise is fit for purpose and customer support is delivered
- Work with the Operations Team to ensure customer SLA’s are maintained and new installations undertake
What You will need:
- Established sales professional
- Experience managing accounts within the on-trade/leisure/hospitality sector
- Experience in a territory based sales role
- Full UK Driving License

- Excellent people skills – good at building lasting relationships
- Financially competent and analytical
- Resourceful with good problem solving skills
- Computer literate, MS Office
