We are looking for a passionate and highly analytical Business Management Intern (OBL: Outbound Licensing) to support our Global consumer products & brand partnerships agenda and contribute to the overall success of the LEGO OBL team.

LEGO’s Outbound Licensing consumer products & brand partnerships play a pivotal role in not only helping our fans celebrate and express their interest in the brand, but also driving engagement with new audiences by bringing them into the LEGO ecosystem and helping them to discover their love for building, creativity, and play.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow-up & analyze licensing partners’ account performances & industry news periodically.
  • Aggregate data from different sources into comprehensive presentations.
  • Prepare insight decks by using data and input from Business Managers.
  • Support Business Managers in their day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare AAR (After Action Review) presentations after Campaign and partnerships periods.

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student completing an industrial placement year course returning to study in autumn 2024.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place.
  • Available to start working full time in June 2023.
  • Interested in the area you're applying to whether this is through your studies, experiences, extra-curricular activities, or a general interest

The successful candidate will have the chance to learn the inside workings of our OBL team and support the Global Business Managers in deploying our global strategy.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Positive and effective team-player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Team player in a distributed/dispersed structure, initiative-taking and self-motivation to work with little supervision.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing yourself.
  • Good knowledge in MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • University student (2nd year of bachelor’s degree).
  • Advanced level of verbal and written English. Any other language knowledge is a plus.
