Salary- £31,204-£33,204

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie on behalf of a stunning, 5-star hotel.

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who possesses experience in fine dining restaurants, Rosette/Michelin experience would be preferable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be happy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all time.
• Assisting the Head Chefs, Executive Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Setting an example and guiding junior chefs.
• Be responsible for ordering for your section.
• Be involved in menu development, inputting of ideas, systems of work and methods
• To complete all flow training in a timely manner.
• To comply with the statutory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment law and to ensure that other team members are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance to them.
• To abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by Law.

Requirements:

• In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar level position, as well as an aptitude for leadership.
• Those candidates with skills in preparing fine dining or deluxe hotel dining will be at a particular advantage, ideal candidates will have previous experience from a 4/5* Hotel environment.
