Job Description
- Conducting research and analysing data to assist lawyers in drafting legal documents
- Assisting with due diligence processes
- Supporting the lawyers with the completion of transactions
- Liaising with clients and other third parties as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
