Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Communications Agent to join the team.

The role of Communications Agent:

The Communications Team will answer and direct all phone calls, pages, radio requests, emails and faxes in an efficient, highly-courteous and most professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with all Four Seasons Telephone etiquette and standards.

T his role is a full time role split between 3 days and 2 nights a week.
