Permanent, Part Time 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday 08:30-13:30), 52 weeks per year
Salary: £13,377 per annum (full time equivalent £19,799 per annum)

About the role
Reporting to the Head of MIS and Reporting you will provide excellence customer service to both internal and external customers of the College through our various communication channels.
Other aspects of the role include:
- Ensuring all phone calls through to the main college phone line are answered promptly and enquiries dealt with effectively
- To take part time telephone enrolments and payments as required
- To answer queries, give information about courses and deal with any emergency calls appropriately#
- To assist the wider department with adhoc tasks in busy periods including telephone campaigns, enrolments, and destination calls
- To deal with enquiries efficiently through the online web chat and the main email inbox
About You
To apply for this role, you will hold GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above. You will also hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. Experience of working within the sector is beneficial but not essential. You will have strong organisational and time management skills and be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
Alongside your qualifications and experience, you will be self-motivated with a positive attitude. You will be empathetic, understanding and have strong written and communication skills.
