Copy editor Job at IT Governance
We are recruiting for a copy editor to join our technical writing team to help maintain the quality of our products and services. Because so many of our products and services rely upon written communication, it is essential that these communications are of the highest standard.
You will be responsible for:
- Editing all copy developed for external and internal consumption;
- Managing the copy-editing request list;
- Providing meaningful feedback on edits where necessary;
- Improving the quality of communications generally across GRC International Group; and
- Collaborating on development of the house style.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional English language skills; and
- Skills with the Microsoft Office package, including understanding comments, change tracking, etc.
It would also be good to have:
- A good understanding of statistics; and
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment relating to information security.
