I am recruiting a Customer Liaison Officer to join a public sector business on a 3-6 month temporary assignment. Paying between £20444 – £22129 depending on experience, this is mainly a remote based position, but does require some transport to the Wilmslow office.
As Customer Liaison Officer, you will provide a first-class customer service to all customers during their appeal, and offer any procedural advice and guidance via telephone and online support.
What will you be doing as a Customer Liaison Officer?
Assist and support any appellants over the telephone and using the online portal
Being clear and confident in providing any procedural and technical advice on next steps in the claim process, and identifying if there has been any issues or delays
Under the guidance of the Team Leader, review any notifications or messages on cases and respond or refer to the candidate where appropriate
Gather and report any feedback from claimants during the process
Be accurate when recording information and inputting into the system

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is essential for the role
Experience working within a legislative/judicial environment is highly desirable
Strong communication with confidence in speaking to people at all levels
Good organisational ability
High attention to detail when recording and inputting data

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 37.5 hrs (core hours 10:30 – 15:30)
Hybrid working – mainly remote based with odd days in the office
