Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Liaison office to deal with customer complaints.

Property Services at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home whilst carrying out all repairs.

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working within the property services function to respond to customer complaints relating to property repairs and maintenance

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Liaison Officer

• Receive, resolve and process inbound complaints, from multiple channels (including web and social media)
• Provide an exceptional service to customers and be able to diagnose repairs where possible
• Provide administration support for agreed tasks
• Draft correspondence to residents
• Undertake complaint investigation and management
• Book in repair appointments
• Adhere to all policies processes and procedures

Skills and Experience Required

• Ideally some housing experience within a repairs and maintenance function
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to stay calm and re-assure customer who are complaining
• Must work well under pressure, and be able to deliver to tight deadlines
