ABOUT THE ROLE -
- Receiving, checking, ordering, and issuing of parts
- Dealing with customer stock requests & Adhoc orders
- Housekeeping
- Chasing overdue orders and updating the ERIKS system accordingly
- Liaising with suppliers
- Involvement of specialist teams and supporting your team.
- Supporting Service Centre Manager and onsite team
- Stock checking
- Supporting customers at the counter with parts requests
- Raising quotations & Processing customer orders
