You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of merchants (some truly weird and wonderful!) and will have the opportunity to shape our customer journey and support projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience!
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with our merchants (primarily in written communication) to answer their queries. In many cases, you’ll be the merchant's first/the main point of communication at LoyaltyLion
- Writing clear and informative help documentation
- Providing product feature recommendations based on client feedback
- Liaising closely with our development team to resolve bugs/merchant issues
Skills:
- Genuinely care about ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
- Great level of written English
- Desire to make your mark in a fast-growth startup
- An interest in technology and eCommerce is a huge bonus!
- An interest in technology or some knowledge/interest in eCommerce would be advantageous
- Self-driven learner, you're someone who seeks out learning opportunities proactively
