We are looking to recruit the following:
Deputy Shop Manager- Wisbech Shop
Hours- 37.5 hours per week - over 5 flexible days (Monday to Sunday)
Salary- £20,085 pa (£10.30 ph)
Job Share would be considered:
Hours- 22.5 hours per week - over 3 flexible days (Monday to Sunday)
Salary- £12,051 pa (£10.30 ph)
Holidays - 25 days holiday plus bank holiday allowance - increasing to 27 days after 5 years and 31 days after 9 years (FTE)

The Deputy Manager will: assist the Manager in maximising the contribution from the shop to The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House, focusing on income and stock generation. Manage the shop volunteer teams by providing leadership, support and guidance in the Manager’s absence. Ensure that the shop is used to promote the Hospice and its activities.
