Digital Commerce Executive
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the development of creative & content for Direct To Consumer initiative across the proposition, connection with consumers and optimisation
- Recognise content opportunities on Retailer .com and communication of requirements to content creator to support delivery of Digital Shelf KPis
- Deliver content performance effectiveness and agile reapplication to improve ROI / ROAS
- Support the deployment of content Best Practice roll out across Digital Commerce
- Ownership of Brandbank platform including auditing, uploading, reporting and supporting the Brandbank relationship and contract planning
- Ensure the timely delivery of content to drive growth on Fast Commerce platforms
- Support for Ireland Digital Commerce, liasing directly with Irish retailer for implementation whilst supporting Irelands Customer and Shopper Activation manager

Hard Skills:
- Commercial & digital first mindset with knowledge of Retailer media platforms
- Strong understanding of creative content personlisation approach
- experience in understanding performance metrics and being able to optimise content, campaigns or processes using the learnings
- experience in using online platforms & web analytics platforms (Google, Profitero, Retail Media agencies)
- Strong project management skills, working with multiple internal and external partners
Soft Skills:
- Strong level of written & verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills, with a knack for story telling
- Experimental mindset and not being afraid to fail & learn
- Self motivated learner with appetite to be on top of emerging shifts & trends in the marketing, advertising, media and digital. Able to manage own capability building and establishing own individual learning path.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced environment where there might not be a blueprint and able to take calculated risks.
- Comfortable with stakeholder management & influencing skills, with the ability to tailor the message based on the audience & deliver it with gravitas.
