Education, Health and Care Plans Co-ordinator Job at The Manchester College
We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as an Education, Health and Care Plans Co-ordinator on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
In this role you will be fully responsible for the Education, Health and Care Plans and ensuring all the processes around them are carried out to regulatory requirements.
The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest FE College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners.
In order to do this, you will need:
Level 3 qualifications in either academic subjects or an NVQ equivalent
Maths at GCSE grade 6 (B)
English at GCSE grade 6 (B)
Level 2 IT (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Experience of undertaking a wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks, including financial procedures and responsibilities, ideally in an educational setting, or experience and understanding of the student life cycle from a support or teaching and learning perspective
Experience of using computer packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases and communicating to internal and external partners
