An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sutton Uplift Employment Service working remotely and attending our office at Jubilee Health Centre Wallington
Sutton Uplift is a primary care mental health and wellbeing services (IAPT) which aims to provide support to people living within Sutton or those with a Sutton GP.
As an Employment Specialist you will have the opportunity to proactively manage a caseload of clients who have experienced common mental health problems who are unemployed and / or currently off sick from work.
The Employment Service is part Employment Advisers in IAPT Programme, an initiative through DWP and NHS England
Duration of post: Initially Fixed term until 31st March 2025
