Role: Field Service Technician (Field Based covering Surrey/Sussex)

What you will be doing...

• Provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of their printing equipment
• Deliver a first-class customer experience
• Manage and control of your own vehicle and stocks, to improve first-time fix to customers

You will ideally have...

• Good knowledge & experience of printers – knowledge of Ricoh is not essential, but you will have worked in a similar position, repairing printing equipment
• You will have the desire and attitude for personal development – this role will allow you to be up-skilled (if necessary) into production printer repairs
• Mechanically-minded
• Proven fault-finding techniques
• IT literacy
• Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills
