Cattle & Co Bbq Smokehouse, are American themed restaurants. Here at Cattle & Co we serve high quality food & drinks in a relaxed and informal surrounding. All our dishes, meat rubs and sauce's are homemade, best of all we smoke all our meats in our imported smokers from the USA, cooked low n slow, the true authentic American way of smoking meat. Providing a well known family friendly dinning experience, that has grown rapidly since opening in 2019. Thankfully this has allowed us to expand our premises size, to locate to The Pump House in Llanelli in 2021.

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager at our Llanelli premises that is open 7 days a week. The right candidate will be responsible for driving our team and restaurant on a daily basis delivering a faultless service to our customers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee & Manage all areas of the restaurant
• People Management
• Interviewing & Hiring Employees
• Development & Performance Management
• (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure Positive Guest Service in all Areas
• Supporting Financial (invoices, reporting) and
• Personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time
• Oversee Stock Take & Stock Control
• Tracking Holidays & Days off requests
• Food Safety and Planning working closely with the Head chef

We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers

• The ability to lead and motivate a team of staff
• The ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good business awareness for achieving successful performance
• Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business administration and personnel matters
• Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation
• The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise

• Starting at £28,000 with approx an extra £2,000 of tips on average per year

Hours:

• 45 hrs per week, 5 days working with 2 days off
