As a Foundations of PW Advisor with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
The post holder will work as an integral part of CGL and hold a dual role of delivering Foundations of PW and managing a caseload of service users referred into service via the National Probation Service. The successful applicant will deliver Foundations of PW across the Birmingham and Wolverhampton areas (base to be discussed at interview).
You will be delivering sessions to male adults that are referred from the National Probation Service, to work towards improving personal wellbeing and to encourage positive integration into society.
You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
