Linecross (Rutland) is one of two world class manufacturing facilities in the Linecross Group handily situated in South Luffenham near Uppingham, Oakham, Stamford, Corby and Peterborough in the East Midlands. We work in partnership with some of the biggest and most prestigious names in the Automotive, Public Transport, Off-Highway and Leisure Sectors.

• Team environment with on-the-job training and supervision.
• DAY shift only:
• Mon to Thu - 8am to 4pm & Fri 6am to 2pm Giving you an early finish every day.
• NO Weekend or Bank Holiday working unless on overtime.
• The shifts suit people with families, anyone looking to get away from working any 5 of 7 days; and those wishing to work overtime when offered.
• Voluntary overtime available during the week and at weekends when required, due to our sustained long term growth.
• A start rate of £10.83 per hour.
• Rural location.

You will be required to work as a General Operator working with mechanised hand tools, as required. So whether you come to us with previous skills and experience OR simply with the right blend of great attitude and willingness to learn, we will provide you with the environment to flourish in your new role.

You MUST have excellent attendance and a great work ethic to make the grade.

You MUST have good English skills (reading, writing and spoken word) and maths skills to carry out your daily work in a safe and productive way.
