SureCare Trafford is a leader in providing care. Based in the heart of Trafford Borough providing personal care to the local community. The areas we cover are M32, M33, M41, WA14, WA15.

Main duties and responsibilities

• To follow the policies and procedures of SureCare at all times
• Assistance with personal care
• Emotional, social and physical support
• Medication administration
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Cleaning, shopping, laundry
• Assist with attending appointments
• To record all actions and information within the home in a clear, legible and professional manner.
• Maintain a written record of work completed on communication logs and mobile app
• To attend any training provided by the company, to attend meetings, and reviews as required.

Requirements

• Full clean DBS
• Good verbal and written English communication
• Full UK Driving License and Access to own vehicle
• Experience preferred but not necessary as full training is provided
• Caring, Compassionate and friendly personality
