Internal Recruiter Job at Tribeca Technology Limited
As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in the growth and success of Tribeca Technology, an IT Managed Service Provider.
You will joining a small HR team of 2 and will have the freedom to express your views on the internal recruitment process, meaning there will be options to test new strategies, and constantly improve the documents and process to be followed.
The role is full cycle:
- You will be responsible for finding inbound and outbound candidates,
- Screening them and interviewing them until an offer with the rest of the hiring team.
- As we continue to grow at You will need to keep a pipeline for roles we recruit for.
- Updating our ATS to keep track of applicant progression,
You’ll also be responsible for running outreach activities – such as work experience, assessment centres and open days, mostly to attract apprentice candidates to our apprenticeship scheme.
You’ll be measured by:
- Your ability to maintain and improve time to hire and time to fill
- Also the quality of candidates you can put in front of all of our teams.
To qualify for this role:
- You will need experience as a full 360 cycle recruiter. We are happy with agency, in-house, or a mixture. The key is that you're ready to be independent and confident in consulting hiring managers about the market.

- IT / Tech recruitment experience would be advantageous, but not essential. Training will be provide within your first few months here.
We are willing to negotiate the compensation package.
