Joining us as IT Support Technician, you will have an opportunity to upgrade our IT systems to next level, while being a vital support to the team’s daily operations. You will be working closely with our COO, operations and tech teams. This role is part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week within a flexible schedule.

At Archangel Imaging, you will be working alongside a fun, experienced and forward-thinking team to deliver transformative AI solutions that help organisations like Network Rail and Ministry of Defence better protect our service personnel, critical infrastructure and first responders over large, remote areas. But that’s not all! We work extensively with industry drones and robotics partners to create turn-key solutions, so you will have exposure to the latest cutting-edge technologies. You will also be part of a team that has been recently selected to join GeniusNY, the world’s largest accelerator for unmanned systems in New York, where we have recently opened an office!

What you’ll be owning:

· IT: providing front line user support including hardware, software and computer management. Responding to and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Ensuring asset information is kept up to date. Performing due diligence and audit of applications, devices and assets for cyber security compliance and implement corrective measures. maintain a scalable, robust, efficient IT infrastructure and team, building related team processes, routines, documentation

· Procurement: handling the end-to-end procurement process for technical purchases.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

· Successfully completed an IT-related degree or equivalent qualifications such as apprenticeship level 4+

· 1 year+ experience working on commercial IT systems with cyber security requirements

Bonus if you have any of the below:

· Proficiency in cyber security requirements and/or enterprise IT requirements

· Relevant experience working in government, police, defence, technology product organisations or similar

· Experience in spreadsheet automation, coding, and integration between systems

· Experience in procurement, health and safety, office management or marketing

· Eligibility and willingness to undergo future full security clearance (SC)

Location:
