Holmes Chapel is our newest Miller & Carter, due to open in September 2023. This is a business which will turn heads and attract attention from a lot of people! Be prepared to build your team, set the scene and WOW the locals in Middlewich with our unique offer. You must have good volume experience, within a premium branded business. Whilst our business doesn't open until September, we will have a full brand training programme, as well as all the excitement that comes with a new opening - recruiting your team, setting up your kitchen and smashing those dry runs!

  • Be a Head Chef that can train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
  • Be driven to smash targets with your team.
  • Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
  • Work with a branded menu.
  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
