Legal Advisor Job at Thompsons Solicitors
We are currently looking for a talented Legal Advisor to join our Sheffield office to provide legal advice as part of the Thompsons Free Legal Advice service. You will proactively capture all relevant information and provide general legal advice on a wide range of topics. Day-to-day actions will include dealing with and responding to calls, emails and messages and providing telephone advice in a professional and timely manner
Responsibilities
- Excellent telephone manner, polished interpersonal skills and attention to detail to provide a high standard of client care to each client
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A motivation for keeping abreast of key changes in the law
- Ability to share knowledge proactively with other colleagues
- A professional approach at all times
- Good IT skills
- Enthusiasm and positivity
