About Our Client

This role is working for a fintech that is backed by a highly successful, European parent company within the fund management space. The company specialises in Private Equity data intelligence platforms and provides innovative solutions within the industry.

They are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager into their growing business in London. This role will be integral to the business ambitious growth plans and will be responsible for developing and executing on go-to-market strategy for the SaaS platform and products.


Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Design and execute product marketing strategies for our SaaS platform and products. Develop a deep understanding of our target market, competitors and clients to create product marketing strategies, including with a methodical approach to segmentation, targeting, positioning and multi-channel go-to-market campaigns.
  • Create content to support a range of touchpoints across our client journey. Work alongside our Product and Business Development teams to create content that spans go-to-market and lead-generation campaigns, business development tools and client engagement.
  • Create impact and a measurable return on investment. Through marketing automation, track and analyse a range of tactics, to ensure our product marketing strategies are having a measurable impact on our ambitious objectives
  • Shape our product roadmap and enable product-market fit. Working closely with our Leadership team, you'll use your market, competitor and client insight to inform our product roadmap and enable product market fit.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Strong product marketing background in a financial services (ideally Private Equity) environment. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of the Private Equity landscape and the needs of our target market, Private Equity GPs. SaaS experience is also valued.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing product marketing strategies. You'll need experience in building and executing product marketing strategies that drive material business impact, based on a combination of market, competitor and client intelligence.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools. Experience using a range of tools, including the likes of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mixpanel, to create effective campaigns, track engagement metrics and optimise marketing efforts across the entire client journey.
  • Methodical in your approach. From understanding the private equity landscape to identifying the specific needs of our clients and creating compelling, go-to-market campaigns - you'll have a considered, methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills. Incredibly good at articulating our value proposition, with the ability to create a strong messaging framework and effective content plans.
