We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Mental Health Administrator, you’ll support the delivery and management of face to face services, referral feedback and provide proactive support to the affiliate network. At AXA, we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Glasgow office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Working sociable hours - Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a key contact for the affiliate network dealing with incoming calls, email communications and post in a timely manner.
- Managing all formal referrals and liaising with referrers to give appropriate feedback in line with department procedures.
- Liaising with clinical staff to facilitate and manage referrals through Psychological Pathways including eligibility checks and treatment updates.
- Briefing affiliates on full case details, updating databases and ensuring data is accurate and current.

Qualifications
- Organisation and time management skills easily able to prioritise workload.
- Experience of handling confidential data would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- A strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
