Reporting into the Head of Data Management & BI, we are currently seeking a MI Reporting Analyst to develop, deliver and maintain the HR Reporting Infrastructure and provide people management information and data to support the improvement of company performance. The role of the MI Reporting Analyst is to support the management information (MI), business intelligence (BI) and business analytics within the HR space.
This role is brand new and a fantastic opportunity to allow someone to develop and learn within a supportive team and make a huge impact on the business.
This will be a hybrid role. Based remotely but will need to travel to the HR and People Team office based in Leicester.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Assist with the ongoing development and maintenance HR Information Systems. Explore opportunities not yet utilised within the information systems and develop these in line with business requirements
- Assist on People related statutory reporting such as gender pay gap, ONS, WRES, NLW and Pay review
- Establish reporting framework in line with Parent Business Intelligent Function (IT)
- Maintaining GDPR and data protection standards within the HRIS Function and reporting remit
- Investigating new MI Technologies and industry trends to ensure HRIS Reporting is market leading and innovative
- Assist on delivering and improving business intelligence and MI across the company including working with key stakeholders to define operational, managerial and strategic key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Supporting the reporting and analytics platform(s) to ensure that data and analytics align to timelines/completeness requirements
- To undertake special projects as defined by Head of Data Management & BI as and when required
- Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data in HRIS, and make complex mass changes, conversions or other direct data updates as required
- Monitor data to ensure system integrity and consistency, and identify measures to address any gaps. This includes arranging and overseeing regular data audits and cleaning in conjunction with HR team colleagues, ensuring all the data complies with legal requirements
- Query HR Information Systems to produce a range of meaningful management information relating to people in a timely manner as required, including the production of dashboard information
- Responsibility for maintenance of organisation hierarchy in HRIS
