We have a new opportunity for a National Account Manager - Bestways to join our Wholesale Team. Reporting to the Channel Controller, the role is field / home based yet working in the company offices or other locations may be required (Weybridge, Surrey HQ). Bestways Headquarters are based in London Park Royal.
This role is a full-time, permanent role.
Key responsibilities:
You will ensure the account (Bestways) defined Volume and Profitability targets are achieved. You will represent account specific requirements and manage these in line with the Commercial Plan. You will ensure sector specific dynamics are incorporated in the Commercial Plan & forecast process. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining commercial contact strategy across multiple levels.
- Identifying and exploiting all sales opportunities relevant to the customer and channel.
- Developing and managing best-in-class relationships with key customer / customers.
- Joint Business Planning – full accountability from planning to execution.
- Inputting into the Commercial Plan and monitoring & managing the channel volume and profitability against comparators (LY, Budget), grow sustainability of the business over agreed timeframe.
- Working to improve cash flow across sector in conjunction with finance colleagues.
- Communicating and representing trends within the channel to all internal functions.
- Setting and delivering individual objectives in line with organizational and divisional targets & priorities.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years commercial Sales or Commercial Buying experience.
- Experience of RTM channel, preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of delivering against stretching targets.
- Degree educated.
- Business & account planning experience.
- Strong customer understanding and relationship development skills.
- Selling skills mastery.
- Negotiation / influencing skills.
- WSET qualification or similar is advantageous.
