We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist / Lobby Host for The Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel, This role is 38.5 hours per week 4 days on 3 days off. The property is within 5 minutes walking distance from Marble Arch and 8 minutes from Bond Street Station.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our 4 Star Hotel as a Night Receptionist / Lobby Host. The Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel. This role comes with forward progression for the right candidate.
• As a Receptionist / Lobby Host, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

• Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
• Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365 & Salesforce.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.

Eligibility:

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
