About The Role

Due to the success and expansion of Avonline Networks we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to be part of our Communal TV service department in the UK.

Avonline Networks deliver service excellence on a nationwide basis. From the national fibre networks which millions of homes and businesses rely upon every day, to the infrastructure that delivers the latest technology to Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) across the UK. Providing installation and maintenance of infrastructure to MDU's across the UK for public sector, social housing, and private landlords, which include the latest technology, FTTP and IRS.


The role & responsibilities:

You will be working as part the Admin support Team based in Bristol. This small team of multi-skilled support staff provide, call centre, Admin and support for the Sky TV - IRS and other Installation contracts. You will be working in a call centre environment as part of a growing team taking in bound queries from customers and our own engineers and making out bound sales and customer care calls. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, experience of both outbound and inbound calling, preferably telesales experience and be very customer focused. You will need to be flexible and will be expected to work shifts.

You will:

  • Taking enquires from customers about Avonline products and services and general Avonline calls.
  • Making outbound telephone calls to internal and external customers to arrange installation of client’s services.
  • Sell or up sell existing Avonline products and services to our clients and their customers at each customer interface.
  • Taking customer complaints calls.
  • Maintaining and updating information on all completed works
  • Outbound call Customers and carry out satisfaction surveys as well as post and pre call customers regarding their installation or service call
  • Other customer contact duties as required
  • Use computer systems to record calls and book installs/ maintenance visits
  • Admin support activities across the contracts as above
  • Attend conference calls for our customers on our daily performance
  • Collect and collate all information and update official client database
