Operations / Business Manager Job at North of England Commissioning Support
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations / Business Manger role working with Central Durham GP Federation and Durham East Primary Care Network.
The post holder will:
- Play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality primary health care within Durham East PCN
- Deliver effective projects and services for the PCN and Federation
- Be key to identifying opportunities for service development, in the best interests of the patients and to lead on service design
- Ensure the PCN are delivering on performance against the Network DES and escalate any concerns against key deliverables
- Will provide support to the PCN for portion of the week, with the rest being used to support the function of the Federation
- The post-holder will work closely with local NHS organisations (both primary and secondary care, inclusive of any Integrated Care Partnerships ICPs), Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), the local authority, voluntary and community sector, and private healthcare providers
