Our Head of Energy and Renewables is looking for an experienced professional to support her. Our Energy and Renewables Co-Ordinator position will be based in our flagship Scotland office in Perth. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, takes pride in their work, is highly literate and numerate, diligent, professional, and organised.

Our highly experienced Energy and Renewables team is instructed on some of the biggest renewable projects in the country.

Bidwells provides Energy and Renewables consultancy services to a wealth of clients across the UK. We offer our land and developer clients advice on on shore wind projects, solar energy, hydrogen, off shore wind grid connections /, battery storage and much more! We’re leading the charge by providing expert property consultancy for a more sustainable and greener future.

This role will mostly support the Head of E&R but from time to time, will also support the wider E&R team. The position will involve general PA tasks as well as running reports, supporting with client project work, research and data analysis. For the right candidate some of their work may require reporting directly to our clients and an interest in the sector is essential.

What you’ll be doing:*

• Support the Head of Energy and Renewable with managing client instructions for on-going project work
• Assisting with client enquiries
• Supporting with lease management issues and general rental management issues
• Assisting in producing the quarterly and annual reports for clients
• Full PA support to the Head of E&R including:
• Diary management
• Booking travel
• Adhoc administration tasks
• Client correspondence
• Expenses management
• Support Head of E&R with running financial reports
• Assisting with invoicing at month end
• Assisting with professional services work
• Assisting with research and competitor analysis
• Supporting with PR & Business Development initiatives
• Support the wider E&R team when required

• Strong Educational background including GCSE’s, A Levels and a Degree (advantageous but no essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Numerate with high level of attention to detail
• Good team player with a pro-active and positive attitude
• Flexible and understanding
• Take pride in their work
• Want to learn more
• Want to do a job on behalf of clients
• Working knowledge or Microsoft applications including Excel
• General interest in Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Real Estate
• Previous experience working in a professional services business (advantageous but not essential)

Your package:*
The role is a 35 hour working week, 9-5 Monday to Friday.
