Group1 Borehamwood is looking for a Parts Advisor - Account Executive.
Your role
Parts Advisor – Account Executive are responsible for generating new parts sales business and maintaining existing accounts, over the phone. Duties may vary from employer to employer but generally include
- Answering queries regarding parts operation
- Generating new business leads and following through to completion
- Arranging for delivery of parts
- Developing and maintaining existing contracts with customers
Your profile
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
- Good customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively by phone
