Casual Worker - Personal, Social Development and Employability Coach

Salary: £12.05 per hour (Full time equivalent £23,244 per annum)

About the role
At the heart of the Wiltshire College & University Centre Student Services department you will plan and deliver ‘We are Ready’ an exciting personal development & employability programme to support our students’ personal development, growth and foster a positive transition onto the next level of study, higher education, apprenticeship, or employment. Topics include on-line safety, sexual violence and sexual harassment, The Prevent Duty and British Values. You will also contribute towards enrichment activities that enhance the student experience, celebrate themed weeks which will add value to the sessions planned for the year.
About you
To be successful in this role you should have experience of:

• Working with groups of students, coaching, and engaging with students in an educational setting.
• Delivery, support and direct input to student groups e.g., for a range of health, wellbeing, study skills and E&D related issues and employability skills.
• Record keeping, data inputting and providing timely reports.
